1. Token Amounts & Seat Booking Charges (Non-Refundable)
⚠️ Important Policy Directive: All token amounts, registration fees, advance retainer amounts, and seat booking charges paid to Nexum Education Private Limited are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
Token payments are immediately allocated towards reserving senior doctorate domain experts, allocating computing resources, initiate university eligibility screening, and initiating initial research literature analysis.
2. Milestone-Based Service Delivery
All academic advisory contracts operate on milestone-based deliverables (e.g., Topic Selection & Proposal Synopsis, Chapter 1-3 Drafting, SPSS Empirical Analysis, Journal Formatting). Upon successful delivery and approval of a milestone stage, payments made for that completed milestone are final and non-refundable.
3. Maximum Liability Cap (50% Limitation)
In the event of any service dispute or claim, Nexum Education Private Limited's total maximum aggregate liability across all causes of action shall be strictly limited to a maximum of half (50%) of the total fees actually paid by the client for the specific service in question.
4. Regulatory & External Delays Exemption
Nexum Education Private Limited shall not be liable for refunds or financial claims arising from delays caused by university administration, RAC committee meeting postponements, UGC policy revisions, NAAC accreditation audits, acts of God, or client delays in providing required data/feedback.
